The reality of having an on-line term sheet generator is long overdue. So many things are similar in each term sheet, and yet often, small startups pay expensive legal fees to re-invent the wheel. With Orrick's offering you can more or less get it started yourself. At some point you do need the legal advice, but it's much better to go to a legal meeting fully prepared.
