Here's a great presentation from Tony, CEO of Zappos, on culture. For some, it may seem like very new age stuff, but it is well worth watching and thought provoking. We're impressed at how it helps them stay true to their service mission as they grow. We like that they have a standing offer to give anyone $2k to quit at anytime.
