A novel use of social media, Crowdspring is a meeting place for creatives, where people don’t just bid on a project, but submit the design as well. It’s an interesting idea. I am a little surprised it works, because in a way, those who don’t get the project have just put in good design time without getting paid, but hey, I’m over 50, so what do I know? Anyway, it’s kind of a match.com for finding your creative staff.
